1. Agreement

By booking or participating in any service, session, program, or event with Nicole Mandy Energy Coach, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all offerings, whether delivered online or in-person.

2. Services Provided

Nicole Mandy Energy Coach offers personal and group coaching, energy sessions, breathwork, sound healing, and spiritual guidance. These services are designed to support emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and energetic alignment.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or financial advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to book or participate in services. By booking, you confirm you are physically, mentally, and emotionally able to engage in energy-based practices.

4. Payments & Cancellations

  • All services must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless a payment plan is arranged.

  • Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be charged in full or forfeited.

  • If Nicole needs to reschedule, you will be offered an alternative time or credit.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the energetic and time-based nature of this work, no refunds are available once a session, program, or package has begun. Please book with clarity and intention.

6. Confidentiality

All sessions are held in a safe, confidential space. Your information and experiences will never be shared without your consent, unless legally required.

7. Personal Responsibility

While energy work is powerful, results are not guaranteed. You are responsible for your own healing, choices, and integration throughout this process. This work supports transformation—but your commitment and participation are key.

8. Consent & Liability

By participating, you acknowledge and agree:

  • You understand the nature of energy healing, breathwork, and intuitive coaching.

  • You are responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

  • You release Nicole Mandy from any liability related to participation in sessions or programs.

9. Intellectual Property

All tools, content, recordings, and materials shared remain the property of Nicole Mandy Energy Coach. They are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.
